Banana Nut Giveaway!

Two for one post.

One part giveaway….for no special reason but that I love ya’.

Are these not precious?

I bought them at World Market the other day.

Which is EXACTLY why I only shop online. THAT STORE IS FABULOUS!!! Like stick a nitroglycerin tablet under my tongue kind of fabulous. OMG! I have GOT to get out more! Would you believe it was only the second time I have been there? First time I ran in and out….this time……I savored it.

Lookie! Tell me you don’t love these!

OMG!

I fell in love with them, so I had to buy one of you a set too!

All you have to do is leave a comment on this post and I will pick a winner by Monday night.

That’s it.

Want to see how I store mine?

They hang on the inside of my “spice storage” cabinet door.

Those are the sticky tabs that pull off. I love these little hooks.

Perfect way to utilize the back of my cabinet doors.

I will even throw in a “hooky” and “sticky” for your little measuring spoons.

Just to say thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read this blog.

You have a choice. I know that and I don’t take it lightly that you choose to read my blog.

Thanks for coming by.

Seriously……It’s humbling.

To enter, just comment on this post. That’s it.

Good luck!

Now…before I end this post….the second part.

Want the EASIEST banana nut bread recipe ever? It is super moist and truly super easy.

This is all it takes.

No fancy stuff.

Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients

3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter (I use Crisco butter stick…..secret to make SUPER MOIST!)
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
(walnuts optional) This makes two small loaves…or one big loaf. I use nuts in one.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 min. to hour. Keep checking according to how your oven heats.

Super easy and moist.

Two for one post.

Like the lottery of blogs!

Good luck on these cuties!

Comment now and I will pick a winner by Monday night.

Love ya!!!

You are to darn cute! These spoons are to darn cute too. I need to get over to my World Market one of these days…. I love Quick Breads too, especially because they are quick to make, so moist, maybe just a little high in the caloric department…..;p

  18. Susie says:

OK, I hang my measuring spoons where everyone can see them on a hook in my kitchen. But they are not nearly as cute as this set! love them…I think the best tip on banana bread is to mix it by hand. Always stays moist.

  19. Well, I just love those measuring spoons, too, and thanks for the opportunity to win a set. And I’m not utilizing the backs of my cabinets the way you are. So clever!

  20. ~ Laura says:

These are so stinkin cute and what a clever way to store them. I myself currently have no doors on my cabinets. Why you ask. Will, because when I was 8 months pregnant I decided it would be a great idea to take them down and paint them. Well, my son it 7 months old and the cabinet doors are currently waiting to be stripped of the horrid blue paint I chose LOL. Thanks for a great give away.
